Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm a huge fan of Purple VRS. Purple was the company to offer VRS on Mac computers over 5 years ago. Their services are top of the line, and the interpreters are very skilled and personable. When they first launched an iOS app, I was very excited. I was especially happy to hear that it could be used on 3G, 4G and LTE networks. While I love the app in it's current form, I have some suggestions that I think would make Purple even better.
When you launch app, the first thing you'll notice is a brand new, simplified login screen. It also has a direct link to signup for the first time users at the bottom of the screen. Once you login, the app will remember your username and password so you won't have to type in your username and password again.
The keypad now has larger numbers that are much easier to see and use. In the purple bar, you can easily access your iOS Contacts by tapping the person icon. Adding new or existing Purple callers to your iOS contact list has never been easier!
